 R. Scott Horner is the chief creative officer at Swarm Interactive, Inc., a multimedia development company specializing in interactive graphics. His pioneering work in multimedia graphics has won him many awards from the Society of News Design, Editor & Publisher, Online News Association and other industry organizations. He is a 2007 John S. Knight Fellow and recipient of the Anton Majeri Award for Innovation and Leadership in Graphic Journalism. Horner co-developed and presents The Society for News Design Multimedia Workshop, which teaches print journalists how to create interactive Web presentations. He has also been a speaker at several online industry seminars and consulted at many news organizations around the world.
